The island in question is Nikumaroro Island, one of the Phoenix Islands in the western Pacific ocean, hundreds of miles away from any other land, and apparently, as discovered by NYMag, boasts a 3.8 star review on Google.

Currently, Nikumaroro Island boasts 48 reviews from people who have probably never been there, which ranges from ridiculous to, well, even more ridiculous.
