Hillary Clinton's husband,Randy Spears Archives Bill, was photographed hanging out with birthday girl Beyoncé and her husband, rapper Jay-Z, during Sunday festivities at the Philadelphia location of the Made in America festival.

Clinton reportedly visited the voter registration tent at the festival while making the rounds, rubbing elbows with both attendees and superstars alike. No word if he gave any advice to Queen Bey who, in turning 35 today, is now eligible to run for president.

Clinton did not make a formal speech or appearance while at the festival.
